Third-Party Payment Processors (Apple Pay & Google Pay): If you choose to pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other third-party wallets, your transaction is also subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. The Provider is not responsible for technical failures or processing errors caused by these intermediaries.
You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting support at info@goodatol.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
No partial refunds are provided unless required by law. Refund requests for the last billed fee must be submitted within 25 days of the billing date to info@goodatol.com.
Refunds for Digital Wallets: For payments made via Apple Pay or Google Pay, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. While the Provider initiates refunds within 2 business days of approval, you acknowledge that the final credit to your account is subject to the processing times and policies of Apple, Google, and your issuing bank. The Provider is not liable for delays caused by these entities.
The Provider may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms, fraud, or operational reasons.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you will immediately cease.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumira Prime XP LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any third party.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE PROVIDER FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO THE PROVIDER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found invalid by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

All charges are processed in USD. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional taxes may apply. You declare that the funds used are of legitimate origin and authorize the transmission of your data to our payment processors, which comply with PCI DSS security standards.
Third-Party Wallet Responsibility: If you use Apple Pay or Google Pay, you also agree to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for transaction failures, connectivity issues, or security breaches occurring within their proprietary platforms.
